Weichert Financial Services has rolled out a state-of-the-art mortgage loan processing system called GLOBE (Golden Lending pportunities Begin Everyday). Among its many features, GLOBE offers automatic email notifications to the Gold Services Manager at each critical point in the mortgage loan process. These email notifications will be used to update the Agent, when their customer's:

· Loan application is received

· Appraisal is ordered

· Appraisal report is received with value

· Commitment is issued

· Loan is cleared for closing

· Closing package is sent to settlement agent.

This new system allows our departments to communicate loan status milestones immediately as they happen. Better communication will lessen customer service issues and support our already high 95% customer satisfaction rating.
